1. Processing Time:

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we typically require 3- 6 business days to process your order. This includes careful preparation of your curtains for shipment, quality checks, and secure packaging.

Please note that during peak seasons or for custom-made orders, processing times may slightly increase. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your orders. The shipping method and estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout.

Within India:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery of 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery of 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping (if offered):

Delivery times for international orders vary significantly depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and the chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please be aware that you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other customs fees levied by your country.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination and the selected shipping method.

The applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders meeting certain criteria. Please keep an eye on our website and newsletters for such offers.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment online. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete, including any apartment numbers, street names, and postal codes.

Hayden Clover is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

6. Delivery:

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package to the provided address.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or pick up your package from their local depot.

It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier to arrange for delivery or collection within the timeframe specified on the notification card. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

While we take utmost care in packaging your curtains securely, unforeseen circumstances during transit can sometimes lead to damage or loss.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging carefully for any signs of damage before accepting the delivery. If you notice any significant damage, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging.

In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue and find a resolution. This may involve filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
